What the VetUp integration does

- Reads free slots in your VetUp calendar, refreshed every 10 minutes
- Books, moves and cancels appointments written directly into the VetUp calendar, no double entry
- Creates the client and the pet in VetUp when the caller is not on file yet, and updates the owner's email
- Appointment types understood: consultation, vaccination, surgery, behaviour
- Call summary and a portal link added to the appointment description
