Minutes, simply

The base plan includes 300 call minutes per month, about 200 calls. Beyond that, each extra minute costs €0.30.

Example: a month with 360 minutes costs €99 + 60 minutes × €0.30 = €117.

AlloVet can send appointment reminders by SMS and email. A link with WhatsApp or Outlook is possible: tell us what your clinic needs.

Pricing questions

Is the price monthly?

Yes, the base plan is monthly with no commitment. Paying yearly costs 10% less, paid for 12 months.

How does the free trial work?

The trial lasts 14 days, on the base plan. We set up the assistant with you before it starts.

What does about 200 calls a month mean?

It is a rough guide for 300 minutes per month, based on calls of about 1.5 minutes. The real number of calls depends on how long they last: longer calls use more minutes.

What happens beyond the included minutes?

Each extra minute costs €0.30. If your calls grow, we offer you a suitable quote.

Are call recordings included?

Yes, as an option: recording is off by default and turned on at your request. Files are then kept for 14 days and deleted. Transcripts and summaries stay in the portal.

How does a custom plan work?

For a clinic with more than 2 vets, a group, several sites or a veterinary hospital, we send a quote. It covers the licence, minutes and follow-up, based on your number of calls per month. We start with an accompanied POC: we iterate together and nothing is billed during the POC.
