Article 2 – Description of the service
AlloVet is an AI-based voice assistant designed for veterinary clinics. It answers incoming calls, books appointments and transfers emergencies to the number chosen by the clinic. The assistant tells callers that it is an AI.
The service is for veterinary professionals and animal health establishments only. Access is by invitation from our team.
A 14-day free trial is offered on the base plan. After the trial, access to the service requires a paid subscription, as set out in our commercial offers (see the Pricing page). Above 2 vets, the offer is quoted.
Article 3 – Access and invitations
Each clinic receives an invitation to create its account and access the portal.
By creating your account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential.
Article 4 – Intellectual property
All elements of the AlloVet service (software, databases, design, content, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of Fennec Lab SAS and are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or use of all or part of the service is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Article 5 – Liability
AlloVet strives to provide a quality service and keep the platform available as well as possible. However, we cannot guarantee absolute availability and accept no liability for temporary interruptions.
The voice assistant is a call management tool. It does not give medical advice. The clinic approves the instructions given to callers, especially for emergencies, and remains responsible for confirming appointments and for medical care.
Article 6 – Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy and on our GDPR and data page. A data processing agreement is signed with every clinic that asks for one.
Article 7 – Links
Our site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Article 8 – Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
